Russian antitrust to decide on challenging Gazprom in 7-10 days
MOSCOW, Dec 10 (PRIME) -- The Federal Antimonopoly Service will decide whether to initiate proceedings against Russian gas giant Gazprom on a 156 billion ruble tender for construction of the Sila Sibiri natural gas pipeline within 7-10 days, Deputy Director Andrei Tsarikovsky told PRIME on Thursday.
Earlier in December the antitrust discovered multiple violations in the tender and asked the company to adjust procurement terms in compliance with legislation on Monday.
“I believe that a decision will be made within a weak approximately, or in 10 days. A decision whether to initiate proceedings or not,” he said.
